Análisis de los cambios del decreto 390 de 2016 en el proceso aduanero de importación desempeñado por la Agencia de Aduana MCA Nivel 2

The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of evidencing the requirements of the Decree 390 of 2016 on the import customs process, taking MCA Level 2 Customs Agency as a case study, and proposing the search of the results from the qualitative classification of the investigation according to Martínez (2011) and the analytical typology according to Hurtado (2010), so the fundamental purpose is to gather information related to the problem to obtain the results, which will contribute to the generation of new knowledge for the scientific and academic community . In short, the Customs Framework Law and its regulatory decrees are products of the updating of practices related to foreign trade for Colombia, because the purpose of the national government is to belong to international and multilateral organizations that promote the development of nations, in order to maintain macro-economic stability. To conclude, the present research allows the updating of researchers as future professionals of administrative sciences and who will be faced with a totally changing and full of challenges context, so for the business sector it is important to have updated professionals.
