As a result of the Virtual Diploma Program in Strategic Litigation before the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights, the present memoirs are compiled by the students of this program, which includes related studies on various topics Which exalt the legal instruments that allow the development of strategies for litigation for the defense of human rights before the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights, through the development of five chapters denominated as follows: Introductory Aspects to the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights, Strategic Litigation, The operability or self-executability of the Human Rights protected by the American Convention in the domestic sphere, Litigation on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and Litigation on collective rights.
