Aproximación al concepto de víctima y su inclusión social frente al conflicto armado en Colombia

The present is a theoretical review article on the concepts of victim and social inclusion, addressed from the normative framework of the Colombian State and from a historical social perspective, with the objective of critically understanding the inclusion of victims illicitly recruited in the Colombian armed conflict. The contextualization of the term victim is carried out from two perspectives that constitute the concept: the juridical perspective that manages to account for the changes that the term has had according to the laws that have been established in the country, and in turn the social perspective, where Address the processes faced by the victim by being placed in this category, identifying how their process of social inclusion to civilian life. The article ends with the conceptualization of the term of victim and social inclusion presented several authors who contribute positions that contribute to the integral understanding of the term generating conceptual and contextual conclusions.
