Description
Summary:Religious phenomene has been somewhat poorly studied, and although it has been a practice that has always been present in humanity only dates the existence of this with evidence since the last 20 or 40 thousand years of humanity's existence, some authors argue that this phenomeno emerges from an individual need. In the scientific review that was realized it was found that this phenomeno is linked to many processes of the human being such as the processing of information from the environment, that is how we perceive what happens to our surroundings, with processes linked to mental health , and even permeates in the menera in which we behave, finding that the people who practice this religious and spiritual practice adjust to a healthier lifestyle and assume the adversities of daily life in a more adaptive way, bringing with them psychological well-being for the people who practice this practice
