| Summary: | This paper presents the appropriate actions to address the design of the cruise port of Cartagena de Indias with an emphasis on the transport connections between the port and the touristic points of interest of Cartagena. This paper approaches the problem of traffic and the deficiency in the cruise port design, using the Altadir planning system and developing this to the Macro, Meso and Micro scales with the aim of investigating the current problems. Moreover, the paper proposes solutions that reduce tourist travel times and improve the quality of reception, resulting in an architectural project for that purpose |
