La situación de los derechos humanos en San Carlos: un estudio de caso sobre las masacres ocurridas el 27 de octubre de 1998 y el 12 de agosto de 1999

The following content describes the San Carlos municipality's human rights and the constantly violation of the basic living rights as it's shown in this tesis, are a straight consequence of the mass kill events occurred on October 27 th 1998 and August 12th 1999 It's important to express that those facts marked the citizens life and their everyday way of living. This article establishes that the mentioned mass kill committed by the colombias's non military self defense group and this is a fact of the constantly violation of the population human rights. And the reason why the habitants of the San Carlos municipality decided to quit from their land as a unique way of protect their own life and integrity. This is a quality research and its importance it's based in an etnographic focus all this tesis was possible with the testimony made through interviews with the witness of the success.
