Summary:Improve purchase management has been a continuing need with in organizations in order to increase competitiveness, a good purchasing strategy is an important component of the supply chain to ensure that the products arrive in the best conditions and at the time agreed with the costumers. Today most companies whether industrial, commercial or in the service sector, need to manage services, raw materials, supplies, components and/or products efficiently. Which I s why it is very important to develop alternatives to satisfy the need for managing and planning the purchases of resources always seeking for benefits and improvements in the supply chain. Taking the above into account, it can be identified the absence of a standardized process in the purchase of raw materials and supplies in MCD, this is why this project purpose to create a strategy to reduce complaints and claims of customers generated by the default in delivery times.
