Summary: | In this estudy an evaluation of managerial and leadership competences in the San Antonio State Social enterprise of the Plata-Huila is developed from of the transversal competences wich are corresponding to the leaders of the organization according to its manual of functions. This study fas carried out to identify the breach between the behavioural competences laid down in this manual and the institucional reality to complete with the proposal of an improvement plan for leaders. At total with nine participants of the managerial level the study was carried out using primary and secundary sources int the process. Competences were evaluated as a responsability towards at the making administrative decisions, iniatiative and innovation, estrategic value and the effect of the leadership responsability. For each participanting is present the test result and the strengths and weaknesses analysis. At the end the recomendations for improve the organization are made. |
