Summary: | The research has the main objective to determine the incidence of a route Administrative Managerial Management thought on the motivation and Strategies of Permanence mediated by ICT in the decrease of School Desertion from educational organizations. The focus of the research is qualitative, of a descriptive nature that utilizes an ethnographic design which allowed an analysis according to the actions of the directive. To achieve the objective many different tools were utilized to gather information such as: a semi-structured interview, a questionnaire and an observation guide, which were applied to the Directive Management of five educational institutions throughout country; taking into account in part some of the information from the appraisals, experiences and point of views, that paved the way for the creation of a Administrative Managerial Management, that can be implemented in any preschool, basic or medium educational institution, either from a rural or urban setting within the national environment |
