Objetivo: Presentar las propiedades psicométricas de la versión en español del Inventario de Burnout de Oldenburg (OLBI por sus siglas en inglés), este instrumento fue validado en dos muestras de profesores universitarios en Bogotá y en otros departamentos de Colombia. Método: Investigación transversal, se recolectaron 1 332 datos de profesores universitarios, mediante un cuestionario virtual entre septiembre y diciembre del año 2022, difundido mediante correo electrónico y redes sociales. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo, un análisis factorial exploratorio, de confiabilidad y un análisis factorial confirmatorio. Resultados: la versión en español del OLBI, para las dos muestras, presentó buenas medidas de ajuste, un alfa de Cronbach superior a 0,8 y consistencia interna luego de eliminar los ítems 5 y 13 que corresponden al factor de agotación y desconexión respectivamente. Conclusión: se valida la traducción al español del OLBI como instrumento alternativo para medir el burnout en profesores universitarios bajo el contexto colombiano. |
