El objetivo del presente estudio se enfoca en el análisis del actual panorama de las regulaciones y certificación de aeronaves remotamente tripuladas en Colombia, buscando proponer mejoras en este ámbito de manera significativa. La investigación examina exhaustivamente las leyes y regulaciones existentes en el país, evaluando su efectividad respecto a la seguridad y protección de la privacidad de las mismas. Se abordarán diferentes desafíos técnicos y operativos que enfrenta actualmente la industria de aeronaves remotamente tripuladas en Colombia y busca identificar las áreas de mejora necesarias para impulsar un crecimiento seguro y sostenible de este sector. Para lo cual se analizan estándares nacionales e internacionales de certificación y se proponen recomendaciones específicas para la adaptación y el fortalecimiento de la regulación local. |

The research exhaustively examines the existing laws and regulations in the country, evaluating their effectiveness with respect to their security and privacy protection. Different technical and operational challenges currently facing the remotely manned aircraft industry in Colombia will be addressed and seeks to identify the areas of improvement necessary to promote safe and sustainable growth of this sector.
