Summary:The general objective of the present project is to propose a delivery car wash business model in the northern sector of the city of Cali, framed in the PMI methodology. To meet this objective, it was necessary to analyze the current market environment, in order to identify the target market, the population purchasing power and analyze the competition, it was also necessary to carry out an administrative, technical, risks and economic analysis to finally design the effective proposal that allows to develop a business model of car wash.This project is explanatory descriptive, based on primary sources such as the sample of the population surveyed, the observation of the authors and the data collection. The main results show that the problem is presented in the excessive consumption of water by conventional laundries, the generation of CO2 by the car mobilization to the conventional car washing places and the time that must be available to move around waiting for the service. The proposed business model is designed to contribute in the quality of people's life in the environmental aspect through the reduction of CO2 and in the personal relationship aspects, generating times or spaces to share with family or friends.
