Summary: | The Salvador Allende neighborhood located in the north of the city of Armenia Quindío, being a settlement composed of different social groups such as the Emberá-Chamí indigenous, blacks and Venezuelan migrants, who share social and spatial needs, has been the focal point for the present project, in which, from the search to understand the different socio-cultural dynamics through interpretive and participatory research, the aim is to respond to these needs. The creation of meeting spaces, making use of urban acupuncture, in order to promote a revitalization of the environment, which in turn facilitates socialization and the strengthening of the cultural identity of the inhabitants of that place, was the main approach to respond to the needs in question, adding also the concept of spaces for education, as enabling elements of the learning process oriented to the cultural roots proper to the community. |
