| Summary: | This graduation project, discusses the feasibility study for the creation of a sports and entertainment center that seeks the participation of all doing various activities in one place family. To do this we have chosen the neighborhood El Caney, sector population and commercial growth belonging to the new southern Cali, conducting research to companions who play sports sites hire people synthetic pitches and identify what alternate activities would willing to make. Subsequently, a technical-operational study was done in order to analyze the feasibility of the creation of the business. Finally the financial study was done by developing a 5-year projection, in order to assess the economic feasibility of the project. |
