La restitución vista por las víctimas: una cara siniestra

The land restitution in Colombia must be viewed and applied as a tool of justice, transformation and peace building. In this sense, it is necessary to recognize and use the mechanisms of protection of property and possession; also of legal actions that are intended for that purpose as well know the law 1448 of 2011, which is known too as Law of Victims and Restitution Land, which arises for the reparation of victims. On the other hand, examine and recognize that the land has demonstrated throughout history its importance in the domain, culture, politics and society; so it became one of the most important factors in wars, injustice, slavery and misuse of power, which caused the internal conflict, dispossession and expropriation of many territories in our country.
