Summary:The objective of this study is to analyze the different points of view that have been established about the concept of collaborative economy based on the historical development of collaborative consumption models in society, through the documentary review of some of the more successful cases at present, in order to identify a definition of that concept as close as possible to the reality under which today this disruptive phenomenon develops for the traditional capitalist system; in this order of ideas and identities that technology possesses and its development in the evolution of the concept and the constant transformation of society and the life of the human being, the use of the theoretical-practical elements in the symbiotic relationship proposed by the collaborative economy, between businesses, technology and communities, identified through a SWOT matrix analysis, which allows us to relate the main descriptive variables of the concept of collaborative economy, establish a series of criteria for the formulation and implementation of business transformation strategies In the MSMEs of the services sector of the Department of Antioquia, which allows to increase its levels of market and company sophistication, increase life expectancy in the economy and expand its growth not only at a regional level, but also internationally, where all this results in models more competitive business and with the c adaptation of the n New scenarios that propose these times of changes, framed in the so-called digital age and knowledge
