Description
Summary:Many organizations on a global level day by day are constantly struggling to have a production system, exceptional human talent and high indicators of continuous improvement and quality. At the same time, many of these same organizations are going through a crisis that is reflected in their results formats. The pattern is equal to really low production levels, unmotivated, disoriented employees, giving the minimum in work contexts and not to mention the communication channels that only create disorganization, loss of time and problems of all kinds. Regardless of what type for any organization, a manager represents the maximum responsibility of the administration. In addition to being the tip of the organizational pyramid, he is the agent on whom the greatest pressure falls, having the duty to respond as an authority figure; From it, strategic thinking and assertiveness are expected to make simple decisions to the most complex, all this in order to achieve the fulfillment of organizational objectives. For all of the above, a manager must identify, apply and potentiate his managerial skills, learn the knowledge that maximizes his potential, make his leadership the key to success and, above all, ally himself with the most useful and productive tools in the organizational environment such as communication, discipline and negotiation among others.
