Centro administrativo – cultural del municipio de Caldas: dinamización del espacio mediante un edificio público

This research work is in order to identify what activities can be implemented in a public building to improve the dynamics of this and its surroundings, implementing research methods such as visiting the site, which allows us to determine the problems, their causes and their possible solutions. The main objective of this project is to generate a system of public spatialities that integrate natural and artificial elements. We are located in this specific site since it is located in a strategic location, which is at the intersection of two of the most important pedestrian and current roads of this place. In the course of this research and the conceptual process we could conclude that it is really important to take users into account for a project to be carried out, since it is for those who design and who give them life, therefore, we generate a space together, where you can carry out government activities and social activities, uniting them and generating a dynamic environment
