Description
Summary:The migratory processes that occur from the countryside to the city generate an increase of the cities and change the dynamics in society and in the spaces that are inhabited, limiting times, looking for practicality in the environment in terms of the ease of developing activities from day to day; it is here where urban agriculture of basic foods appears as a response to economic sustenance, complement of food or simply as a pastime; This implies the adaptation of domestic spaces for the practice of this emerging activity. This project seeks to encourage the cultivation of food in the home, through modular structures, allowing the person to create their cultivation space for self-consumption, the practice of this activity was analyzed, what to grow? What factors should be taken into account? What are the most important areas of a home? What are the uses of these spaces? From the use of tools such as photographic analysis sheets, surveys and interviews to users who grow in their homes, in different areas of the city. From these findings and design opportunities, a three-dimensional formal exploration is carried out to carry out the product development.
