Correlación de la gestión de riesgos profesionales en la productividad de las empresas del sector cerámico del Valle de Aburra

This research deals with the analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards for the companies in the ceramic industry in the Valle de Aburrá (Antioquia-Colombia), and is based on the current needs regarding the compliance of occupational health and hygiene regulations, according to regulations and laws established by governments of each country. These regulations are derived from controls performed by health ministries in relation to incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases, compensations for partial and / or permanent disabilities, which restrict productivity and overload economic responsibilities and their profitability. Productivity is the quality or condition of being productive, it is the quality that indicates how well you are using workforce, capital, materials and energy, and it is a concept that guides the management of a production system and measures its success.
