Summary:This article is a reflection on the importance of proximity relationships, symmetrical as an ethical alternative to gender equity sensitive binding, therefore education is seen as a path toward a horizon that recognizes and assess attitudes of fairness and justice, overcoming domination as a result of patriarchal vision that has marked the social and pedagogical relations. The result of a long inquiry text begins presenting inequity attach it as a form of domination, stating that patriarchy has hidden and relegated sensitive and caring relationships, for that reason in a second time proximity is presented as an ethical commitment to trace links from care and sensitivity, highlighting the importance of symmetric meeting to overcome reductive visions and rulers, along with this you get to the third point, that brings us together despite the proximity in pedagogical relations as a commitment towards a horizon of equity and justice, that promotes education with a sense of humanity.
