| Summary: | This review is based on the subject of premium services for territorial teachers. It allows to perceive from a very specific point of view, some jurisprudential pronouncements of both the Council of State and the Constitutional Court, and for a better understanding of what the title of the work consists of, it approaches the concepts of service premium, requirements to access to it, beneficiaries, to conclude that from the jurisprudential guidelines given in the pronouncements in this review, it is currently not feasible to materialize the grant of the service premium for official teachers, previously denominated as territorial teachers, who claim for such rights for periods prior to 2014. |
