| Summary: | The purpose of this research is identify the psychosocial factor influence the labor insertion of exmale inmates in Cali city, which is understood from the perspective of employers and exinmates and addressed according to the approaches of social psychology. Is a qualitative study;the techniques semi-structured interview and the exercise of completing sentences proposed by Gonzalez (2005) are applied. It concludes that process of labor insertion of pogoclion in mention does not go in a straight line, because it is composed with a set of labor, social, personal and criminal context factors that have been producto of socialization process each of them has experienced in the course of their life and it also influence positively and negatively the possibilities of access. |
