Description
Summary:Aspects that impact the productive management of clothing manufacture in local brand companies (micro and small companies) developed in the city of Cali. This research includes an analysis of the different stages that start from the gathering of information in terms of the management by designers in clothing brand companies and the interactions that happen in each part of the processes. This way allowing to create possible scenarios based on a systemic model in terms of the execution of the production processes in which all these brand-related companies work. Therefore, 26 brands of clothing companies are analyzed, some denominated as basic design, others specialized in certain products and others that are considered luxury brands. These also are characterized by 2 types of production models, who partially and fully outsource, achieving evidence of behavior patterns that allude to problems in the communication, evaluation and involvement of the designer with the processes, which lie at a crucial point that differentiates them. Between those who have had experience in the industry and those who have not; in this way a comparison of how they tend to generate negative and positive impacts during the processes is created.
