Análisis espacial de los instrumentos locales y regionales de ordenamiento territorial, en el municipio de Apartadó, Antioquia

This degree work is done in the region of Urabá region, specifically in the municipality of Apartadó-Antioquia, considered the best corner of America for its geostrategic location and wealth of ecosystems. At this time in the town of Apartadó they are held macro projects as aluminum factory, dual carriageway from Santa Fe de Antioquia to Apartadó, coal mining and gold, Urabá port, free zones, among others. With the rapid development that has been generated in the region and in response there to, the municipality of Apartadó in conjunction with the environmental authorities CORPOURABA have been making territorial planning instruments such as the Land Use Plan in recent years, Management plan Groundwater, the Management plan and Management Apartadó river Basin, the Forest Management plan and Rules of suburban, rural land, parcelling housing and protection. All this in order to minimize problems with conflicts arising from the exploitation of native forests, use and forms of exploitation of surface and groundwater, contamination of rivers and waterways, the degradation, overexploitation of aquatic resources, among others. In this sense, the present work we seek grade spatially compare the instruments of territorial planning of the municipality of Apartadó, in order to analyze their functional harmonization and likewise propose integration strategies.
