La implementación de conceptos proyectuales del movimiento moderno como estrategia para la integración de la vivienda colectiva y el espacio público

This paper presents a study of various urban theories of modernity that support the theme of urban planning in modern architecture, uses of public space, and how this applies in our geographical and socio-economic context; It also refers to the integration of these public spaces with the residential area of ​​the city. For this, theories that come from the beginning of the 20th century and concepts of the present are approached, thus achieving a more comprehensive apprehension of the subject, since we passed from Europe, where these concepts and theories were born and we ended up with Latin America, especially our country and our city, Medellin. All this with the aim of finally reaching a project approach that improves the uses of public space and its integration with the places where we live
