| Summary: | This paper presents the design and development of a proposed production planning for a tannery of the municipality in Valle Cerrito to efficiently manage customer orders, know the costs associated with the process and also affect decreasing costs generated by excesses or shortages of raw materials. The project provided a methodology to organize production resources, making proper management of inventories of raw materials, know the productive capacity of the tannery and meet projected demand, by using an application developed in Excel; therefore this project contributes to improving the production area and allows the generation of significant contributions to impact the productivity of companies in the leather sector. |
