Summary:In the following article the reader can report on the growth dynamics of the MIPMEs in Colombia since the 90's with the creation of the first industrial companies and how it was presented the need to negotiate. Then the legal part of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Colombia is introduced, because they are characterized and the contribution of these to the economic growth of the country; The environmental and competitive responsibility of these companies is also mentioned. Likewise, it is argued how these companies need to develop a competitive management of their productive activity in their different processes; Such as supply, production (economy of scale), storage and sales; With a view to achieving an important participation, starting from a national market towards the international one. Finally, it presents a model that impresses strategy and operational management of the processes in an efficient and effective way within the dynamism that Micro, small and medium companies generate for the Colombian economy.
