| Summary: | The opportunities for progressing within a rural community are associated with the capacities its members have to recognize their own history; and, within that history, those facts that highlight what is productive, due to collective efforts. In the communities in the north of Cauca, which have plenty of history, the great interest of the people is to take advantage of limited resources from the environment is manifested. These resources are thus well utilized due to the steadfast attitude of its people regarding entrepreneurship. This is why they are willing to build a culture based on real experiences which maintain the interest for the improvement of living conditions over time. |
