Protección del trabajador durante el proceso de calificación de pérdida de capacidad laboral

In Colombia there is a general social security system which is immersed in the General Occupational Hazards System has several significant changes in regulatory matters. Thus, the Government issued Decree 1507 of 2014 where the single Manual for the Qualification of the loss of earning capacity and occupational, trying to generate a special legal framework on the issue is established. Now, all this regulation seeks worker protection by the State when it requires a rating of their health and to determine the loss of earning capacity, this situation produces a general interest, in which the idea of presenting relied a research paper addressing broadly and illustrated both the normative and jurisprudential order, which allows the reader a practical tool and effective consultation on the issue, stating clearly and orderly the obligation occupational risk managers to conduct a rating of their loss of earning capacity and thus determine the economic benefit to the dependent worker is entitled under the percentage loss of working capacity you have.
