Description
Summary:Scientific transformations caused by the discovery of the second law of thermodynamics and development of computer systems gave rise to a new interpretation of decision-making in economic and organizational areas in which greater attention to processing information and the ideal way to bring order to a world in chaos was provided. Organizational decision-making becomes in data managing from machines and in the assimilation of the decision maker as a stimulus-response device. The inclusion of the optimization concepts in decision-making especially with the influence of neoclassical economic thought, has generated new thinking and research seeking support in advanced technological systems to simplify the process by logical processing information tools.
