Diseño e implementación de una propuesta de mejora en la gestión de inventarios de crosta para la empresa de terminado de cuero mcd

The design and implementation of a proposed improvement in inventory management crust type A classification, developed in the MCD finished leather company. This company's main political is to satisfy the requirements of each of their customers, using the latest technology under the commitment to sustainable development. The project is aimed at finding a solution to one problem that currently owns the company management in warehouse-type crusts. Good inventory management type crusts in the finished leather company MCD, is an important component for generating savings and reduction in waste generated by out of control requisitions; also indirectly provided added value to the customer, since it will always be available to the products requested. The purpose of the project is to implement an improvement proposal that allows to control and manage inventories of crusts type A. Then, the idea is to generate an additional inventory management functionality.
