Summary:	In the present article of reflection, we will raise the critical present situation in the bay of holy marten due to the exploitation, transport, and production of the coal, produced by the company Drummond. Besides this we will announce his impacts on the social and ecological environment, putting as principal aim the preservation of the environment, and the social and economic stability, since one affects directly the source of income of the majority of the population which benefited from the fishing in this maritime sector of holy marten; We use the descriptive method to compare since one has come spoiling the bay of holy marten since the company Drummond started acting actively we see degrade that the company has produced charcoal-bin.
