Description
Summary:Santa Rosa de Osos, a place for research, is located in the northern subregion of the department of Antioquia. The analysis of contradictions and conflicts are located in the figures of territorial planning and management using the proposals of Milton Santos in his book The Nature of Space (2000) as a theoretical basis, where main elements to be taken into account are mentioned, such as horizontalities and verticalities of a territory, and how these particularities when analyzed together allows to reveal the contradictory elements in the delimitation of the SILAP of this municipality. Maps were drawn up from the cartographic information obtained from the territorial planning figures, SILAP of the Municipality, CORANTIOQUIA, SIAC, l POMCA, PBOT, PCA, PORH, IGAC, SIRAP and POTA, based on the information collected from the aforementioned sources. Some conflicts emerge from the contradictions in the country's conservation processes, however, this does not always happen, sometimes some contradictory events are identified that do not necessarily end up being a conflict. Once the SILAP is formed, some contradictions begin to be generated when carrying out conservation processes due to the way in which the conservation strategies were being implemented in the municipality, and that is precisely why protection areas have been thought of as untouchable areas, unusable and impenetrable, so that the conservation processes do not consider communities in some cases as a factor to integrate and this has generated some displacement to communities in their territories. One of the limitations is that the scale with which strategies are planned and maps are made is a very wide scale with which it is not allowed to visualize the territory in more detailed ways.
