Summary:This article studies the laboral harassment or mobbing of labor, a problem regulated in Colombia through Ley 1010 of 2006, analyzing the contribution that it has made to Colombian legal system in the workplace during the years it has been in force, in addition to the scope and effectiveness of the same regulation in the social context, the effective protection of the rights that it protects, starting from the constitutional principle to have a work in decent and fair conditions, and the existence of the barriers for the workers harassed in their work environment in relation to the access To justice. For this purpose, the article presents the historical and normative antecedents of Ley 1010 of 2006 are presented, making a tracing of comparative law with the norms of labor protection anti-mobbing, the Constitutional Court´s position and the scarce jurisprudential development of the same this regulation before the problem. Likewise, the article points out the different mechanisms designed by the law for prevention and defense of rights violated by harassment. Finally, workplace harassment is considered as a social problem
