Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2013En Colombia el mercado de los transformadores es muy rentable por la poca competencia que hay y porque es un bien que no tiene sustitutos y es necesario en todos los hogares, empresas, ciudades, etc. Pues para que exista la energía eléctrica debe existir un transformador, a este negocio se dedica ABB a la fabricación de transformadores. ABB es una empresa suiza con sede en más de 100 países en el mundo demostrando ser una multinacional líder en el mercado de la energía en general, fabricando transformadores en Colombia desde hace más de 30 años. Al realizar la practica en comercio exterior en la empresa se puede observar que al tener tan buenos ingresos muchas veces no se miden en gastos para realizar exportaciones, por esta razón este trabajo va dirigido a obtener una horro en las exportaciones realizadas por ABB. /Abstract: In Colombia the transformer market y highly profitable due to the low competition that exist and also because it is a equipment with low substitution with high demand due toe the need of the energy at homes, factories, cities etc. In order to have electricity, you need a transformer to distribute, the correct amount needed. ABB is a business which focus is to produce transformers. ABB is a multinational corporation headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland with operations 10 around 100 countries leader in the power automation technology areas. ABB Colombia has been around in Colombia for over 30 years. The internship in the foreign trade department (Exports) we can prove that the business can obtain good revenues, but sometimes the expenses are not measured during the exportation process.
