Para ello se parte del entendimiento del desarrollo proyectual desde otra mirada La doble realidad .Entendida esta como el lente a través de la cual vemos (concebimos) nuestro ser y nuestro mundo, y no solamente la forma cómo los concebimos sino también como modificamos el espacio. Un lugar el cual está en constante cambio trasformado y adaptado por las características sociales y culturales. Referente a esto se parte del entendimiento del área de intervención en el cual se desarrolló el proyecto. Hanói Vietnam una Ciudad cargada con numerosa historia momentos y reliquias que hacen del lugar un elemento de historia, patrimonio y cultura. Con estas características del sitio y el desarrollo proyectual se ejecutó un proyecto colectivo el cual integra los elementos comunitarios y sociales y la vivienda típica de Hanói integrada en el proyecto./Abstract: In this present degree work, the main focus is on the architecture project process. To do this, we start from the understanding of the project development from another point of view The double reality, understood as the lens through which we see (conceive) our being and our world, and not only the way we conceive them but also how we modify space . A place which is constantly changing, transformed and adapted by social and cultural characteristics. Regarding this, the starting point is the understanding of the intervention area in which the project was developed. Hanoi Vietnam a City loaded with numerous history, moments and relics that make the place an element of history, heritage and culture. With these characteristics of the site and the project development, a collective project was executed which integrates the community and social elements and the typical Hanoi house integrated into the project.
