Permanecer: Espacio público Parque Olaya HerreraPermanecer, Huertas, Alimentar, Peatón, No desplazamiento, Comunitario, Tejido social.Stay, orchards, Feed, Pedestrian, No displacement, Community, Social fabric.Articulo de grado (Especialistas en Arquitectura y Urbanismo Bioclimático), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2016.El espacio público está definido como la estructura soportante de la ciudad, desde la línea del tiempo se encontró que el eje estructurante sur, históricamente identificado, es la Av. 30 de Agosto, esta línea fue reconocida por ser el eje tensor oriente-occidente, y fue desde este punto de partida que se identificó el parque Olaya Herrera como el centro de las actividades económicas, sociales e institucionales, que antaño constituían la Estación del Ferrocarril. El proyecto consistió en identificar las cualidades de este punto de la ciudad y potenciarlo a través de un cambio de visión ambiental hacia este espacio de todos. Las cualidades físico-morfológicas, el carácter de localización e historia del Parque Olaya Herrera hicieron de éste, el sitio ideal para construir una estrategia de acupuntura urbana, incentivando un cambio de actitud frente al espacio público, identificando el problema de la falta de apropiación de los espacios, como espacios colectivos a escala del peatón, que genere conectividad y la vez apropiación de sus habitantes. El estudio permitió conocer el Parque desde lo histórico, la silvicultura, los taludes, asoleamiento, al igual que su estado y movilidad; también se realizó un acercamiento antropológico para la construcción del imaginario del parque y demás elementos bioclimáticos que garantizan la sostenibilidad de cualquier intervención que generan una transformación de este espacio, permitiendo la construcción del proyecto EL EDÉN, como una propuesta para compartir, alimentar, estar, permanecer y cultivar en la ciudad y al ciudadano. /Abstract: The public space is defined as the supporting structure of the city, from the timeline was found that the structural axis south, historically identified, is the Av.
