Este trabajo demuestra los resultados obtenidos en la Secretaría de Competitividad de la ciudad de Pereira, Secretaría que busca mejorar las condiciones de competitividad territorial, promover el empleo de calidad, promover la inclusión de proyectos de turismo sostenible y turismo para promover el sector productivo de bienes y servicios, para así posicionar a Pereira como el centro turístico del paisaje cultural cafetero. En este sentido, se interviene en el foco de turismo con la implementación de Códigos QR. De igual manera en el foco de emprendimiento, donde se encuentran diferentes programas como: Banca para todos, Hecho en Pereira y los Centros de Emprendimiento y Desarrollo Empresarial. Finalmente, este documento extrae los resultados, expone las conclusiones y sugerencias de las actividades teóricas y prácticas académicas organizadas y realizadas. /Abstract: This document is the final report about the professional practice "Práctica empresarial Alcaldía de Pereira" which was done in the Secretariat of Competitiveness of the Mayor's Office of Pereira in the first semester of the year 2021. This work shows the results achieved in the Secretariat of Competitiveness of the city of Pereira, a Secretariat that looks to improve the conditions of territorial competitiveness, promote quality employment, promote the inclusion of sustainable tourism projects and tourism to boost the productive sector of goods and services, in order to position Pereira as the tourist center of the coffee cultural landscape. In this context, tourism is the focus of our work with the implementation of QR Codes. Likewise in the focus of enterprise, where there are different programs such as: Banking for all, Made in Pereira and the Centers for Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Finally, this document extracts the results, exposes the conclusions and suggestions of the theoretical and practical academic activities organized and carried out.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
