Entendiendo el congregar como un punto clave para el desarrollo de la propuesta en la ciudad, donde el usuario se desenvuelve por medio de unas determinantes, las cuales están ligadas a la condición de habitar y, comprendiendo el vacío como elemento que se articula podemos determinar unas condiciones de habitabilidad, las cuales se tomaran como principales agentes para evidenciar una colectividad. El proyecto busca hilar a través de los patios las diferentes actividades que se generan en todos los niveles, desde lo público y lo privado, la forma de habitar, la relación interior-exterior y el goce y disfrute de las actividades colectivas características de la ciudad de Cartago. Ligado a esto se busca generar una recuperación de los equipamientos gubernamentales, acompañados de plazoletas que enriquecen y acompañan las actividades de la manzana. Se establece el vacío como el elemento de continuidad y permeabilidad que activará el sector en torno a la vivienda colectiva y todo el uso mixto que esta permite. / Abstract: Due to its historical and cultural value, a large part of the town of Cartago is subject to protection and conservation. Understanding the congregation as a key point for the development of the proposal in the city, where the user unfolds through some determinants, which are linked to the condition of living and, understanding the void as an element that is articulated, we can determine some habitability conditions, which are taken as the main agents to show a community. The project seeks to spin through the patios the different activities that are generated at all levels, from the public and the private, the way of living, the interior-exterior relationship and the enjoyment and enjoyment of the collective activities characteristic of the city of Cartago. Linked to this, it seeks to generate a recovery of government facilities, accompanied by small squares that enrich and accompany the activities of the block.
