En el desarrollo del proyecto se elabora un análisis complejo de todo el sitio y del territorio, además de un seguimiento de diferentes relaciones, arquitectónicas – proyectuales y de movilidad, todo esto con el fin de aportar a la comunidad un trabajo de investigación y reconocimiento de cómo se desarrolla se entiende su territorio, en cuanto a su movilidad peatonal y espacios públicos existentes; para así dar cabida a la posibilidad de un nuevo diseño y mejoramiento de espacio público. Por último, lo que se pretende con este trabajo es dar cuenta de cuál es la mejor manera de aproximación a un diseño bajo esta metodología y así dar respuesta a los requerimientos del proyecto en la etapa de culminación de diseño. Palabras claves: Arquitectura, Diseño, intervención urbana, Metodología, Análisis, barrió Galicia, colonias 1-2, Espacio público, cultura y territorio. \ ABSTRACT: The present document shows the approach and the development to the solution of a problematic applied in the neighborhood Galicia, Colonias 1 - 2, Pereira, Risaralda, through different stages of analysis, design and planning of a model of understanding of culture and territory . In the development of the project a complex analysis of the whole site and the territory is elaborated, as well as a follow - up of different relations, architectonic - project and mobility, all this in order to contribute to the community a research work and recognition of How it is developed is understood its territory, in terms of its pedestrian mobility and existing public spaces; So as to accommodate the possibility of a new design and improvement of public space. Finally, what is intended with this work is to report what is the best way to approach a design under this methodology and thus to respond to the requirements of the project in the stage of completion of design.
