Vivienda rural bioclimática en el Municipio de la Unión ValleVivienda ruralVivienda rural bioclimática - Municipio de la Unión ValleTrabajo de grado (Especialización en Arquitectura y Urbanismo Bioclimático), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021Al momento de pensar en una vivienda con condiciones o estrategias Bioclimáticas se puede caer en la preocupación netamente de búsqueda del confort o cumplir con los parámetros requeridos, dejando aun lado las condiciones del contexto, estableciendo propuestas que no tienen nada que ver con el entorno inmediato, o muchas veces siendo un edificio ajeno al sitio que debido a la falta de conocimiento o el poco análisis de las condiciones del sitio pueden generar un incremento en la construcción debido a la propuesta técnica de materiales sintéticos al sitio. Por lo anterior, reconocer los referentes proyectuales o las dinámicas de una población puede ofrecer un entendimiento mas claro de las posibles técnicas a implementar generando una adaptabilidad a las condiciones en todos los ámbitos de los proyectos, incluso pudiendo obtener mejor comportamiento y por ende estableciendo una reducción en los costos de la edificación./Abstract : When thinking about a home with Bioclimatic conditions or strategies, it is possible to fall into the pure concern of seeking comfort or meeting the required parameters, leaving aside the conditions of the context, establishing proposals that have nothing to do with the immediate environment , or many times being a building outside the site that due to the lack of knowledge or little analysis of the site conditions can generate an increase in construction due to the technical proposal of synthetic materials to the site.
