The objective of this research is to present a model proposal for the occupation of the territory that directs in an orderly manner in the section of the center of the city of Ibagué, recovering the water rounds, resignifying the Combeima River to preserve environmental resources, integrating the city and the landscape through culture as the main configuration tool for urban space.Debido a la crisis económica, desempleo y desplazamiento forzado en Colombia gran parte de la población se ve obligada asentarse de manera informal y vivir en condiciones precarias sobre los bordes urbanos, colocando en riesgo su integridad.
