The conclusions contribute to thediscussion about sexual practices with a particular viewon the changes intimate and intrinsic fi delity suffers whencouples adopt this life style.Este artículo realiza un acercamiento a las percepciones sobre fidelidad que se estructuran al interior de cuatro parejas Swinger. Se realiza un breve recorrido histórico acerca de la sexualidad, sus prácticas y la regulación social de las mismas. Posteriormente, se aborda la práctica Swinger haciendo un acercamiento a los procesos jurídicos y académicos que se han desarrollado con respecto a ella, y a su vez la forma en que es percibida la fidelidad desde el testimonio de algunos de los entrevistados.
