Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se llevará a cabo una investigación exploratoria en el área de vivienda experimental para la propuesta de un prototipo de vivienda palafítica a través de la autosuficiencia y productividad, que pretende dar solución al problema de déficit de vivienda en zonas inundables así como la falta de servicios. Desde hace aproximadamente cuarenta años se comenzaron a ubicar familias que de manera informal decidieron construir sus viviendas en el borde costero del río amazonas barrio el águila. Este sector del municipio de Leticia se inunda todos los años entre los meses de febrero y agosto representando esto una problemática de riesgo en el área de estudio. Es necesario que la propuesta de la vivienda se adapte a las condiciones fluctuantes del terreno y el ambiente, así como a las necesidades de la población ubicada cerca al rio Amazonas. Así mismo, respondiendo al componente tecnológico en cuanto a materialidad y funcionalidad y al entorno de la región del Amazonas, poder lograr un prototipo de vivienda sostenible para solucionar el déficit de calidad presentado en el lugar. / Abstract: In the development of this work, an exploratory research will be carried out in the experimental housing area for the proposal of a prototype of palafittic housing through self-sufficiency and productivity, which aims to solve the problem of deficit of housing in flood-prone areas as well as the lack of services. For approximately forty years, families began to be located that informally they decided to build their homes on the shoreline of the Amazon River neighborhood the eagle. This sector of the municipality of Leticia is flooded every year between the months February and August representing a risk problem in the study area. Is It is necessary for the housing proposal to adapt to the fluctuating conditions of the land and the environment, as well as the needs of the population located near the Amazon River.
