Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2020El siguiente documento es una investigación académica realizada en las veredas Agüita y Amurrapa de Santa Cecilia, Risaralda. Consiste en el planteamiento de un instrumento de movilidad rural que busca el mejoramiento y preservación de sus senderos y la infraestructura de movilidad rural en ambas veredas. La investigación partió de la recolecta de información de estudios previos al igual que una salida de campo con entrevistas a habitantes locales y registros cartográficos y fotográficos. Esto para determinar las necesidades que llevaría el Instrumento de planeación que interviene sobre estas rutas. Esto con el objetivo de identificar las dificultades o insuficiencias de desarrollo encontradas en la infraestructura vial que se buscaría solucionar. También se observo las actividades que se realizaban dentro de ellas que propiciaban el deterioro de las rutas. Por eso se llego como resultada la necesidad de implementar estrategias mapificadas dentro de ambas rutas en un Instrumento de Movilidad; y la realización de un proyecto arquitectónico al inicio del sendero Amurrapa que gestione y administre las intervenciones realizadas dentro del instrumento. Concluyendo que esto permitiría un mayor interés de parte de la comunidad por estas rutas al igual que conservación de las actividades sociales, culturales y económicas realizadas dentro de ellas. / Abstract: The following document is an academic investigation realized in the villages of Aguita and Amurrapa of the township of Santa Cecilia, Risaralda. It consists in the statement of a Rural Mobility Planning Instrument that seeks to enhance and preserve the existing mobility infrastructure of both villages. The investigation begun from the gathering of information from previous studies and a field trip using interviews, photographic register and the use of cartography. All this to determine the needs or necessary interventions to execute the Instrument. As problems, it was found several insufficiencies to the mobility infrastructure such as, lack of proper road dimensions or spaces surrounding the roads that obstruct the activities within it. It was also observed that social activities like vandalism and tree logging have influenced in the decadence of these roads. As a result, it was necessary to determine the implementation of strategies and projects throughout both roads of the mobility instrument; and an architectural project at the bed of the Amurrapa hike road, in charge of management and administration of the interventions within the Instrument.
