Su concepto se basa a partir de la cultura Sinú, una cultura que aprendió a usar las condiciones climáticas a su favor, uno de los mayores problemas del sector es la gran probabilidad de inundación, la zona a intervenir es un predio ubicado en el barrio los Olivos, la propuesta urbana integra el predio al contexto inmediato, se propone un centro de manzana como centro de producción económica, una huerta en pro de la comunidad, contemplando la capacidad de 50 viviendas, adaptándose cada una de ellas al máximo aprovechamiento de los residuos, respondiendo a diferentes funciones y estrategias bioclimáticas, siendo un prototipo de vivienda de diversas estrategias que promueven una actitud más autosuficiente que sostenible, como la recolección de agua lluvia, tejas fotovoltaicas, patio productivo, contando con un sistema constructivo de bajo impacto ambiental como materiales reciclados, obteniendo una vivienda más amigable con el medio ambiente. Abstract: The construction of houses is essential for the development of society and is also one of the main causes of the inadequate use of natural resources, for this reason a prototype of sustainable housing is developed in the municipality of Corozal - Sucre, taking into account the characteristics of the environment. natural, designing a viable housing model, with ecological benefits of life and feasibility of its costs. Its concept is based on the Sinú culture, a culture that learned to use the weather conditions in its favor, one of the biggest problems in the sector is the high probability of flooding, the area to be intervened is a property located in the neighborhood of Los Olivos, the urban proposal integrates the property into the immediate context, a block center is proposed as a center of economic production, an orchard in favor of the community, contemplating the capacity of 50 homes, each one adapting to the maximum use of waste , responding to different functions and bioclimatic strategies, being a housing prototype of various strategies that promote a more self-sufficient than sustainable attitude, such as the collection of rainwater, photovoltaic tiles, productive patio, counting on a construction system with low environmental impact such as materials recycled, obtaining a more environmentally friendly home.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
