The second perspective is from inside the organization, seeking to explore the entrepreneur's endogenous factors in which values and practices must acquire priority to give meaning to the workforce, generate trust through empowerment, obtain personal credibility, ensure equilibrium between rationality and intuition, and administer a life project oriented toward community service.El presente artículo aborda el tema del liderazgo emprendedor desde dos grandes líneas: en primera instancia, en cuanto al medio externo de la organización, para plantear la trascendencia de ser pertinentes frente a las necesidades de los clientes y del mercado, como única opción válida para la generación de valor agregado orientado a lograr ventajas competitivas que aseguren éxito en los resultados finales.
