De igual manera el seguimiento, problemas y posibles soluciones que se le aplican y se presentan en dicho proceso de la obra. Por la apariencia, los muros o paredes obtienen un importante protagonismo dentro de la estética de la obra; el problema radica en la poca importancia que se les da a los muros y paredes, utilizando materiales inapropiados para el acabado. Los problemas del revestimiento se pueden solucionar obteniendo buenos resultados., debido a los avances tecnológicos y a la variedad de técnicas y materiales que se pueden aplicar en los muros. / Abstract: The main objective of this document is describe the ways how covering is do it, as well as the monitoring activities, possible problems and eventual solutions, that can be appear meanwhile the covering process is happening. Therefore the walls have a important roll into the construction aesthetics, because is the first presentation to outside context; however there is a problem when walls does not have the right build materials to get a well-finished details.
