Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2013Este escrito está construido con el fin de dar a conocer el resultado del trabajo realizado durante los semestres IX y X, donde se trabajó la línea de profundización de TECNOLOGÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN, el proyecto consiste en escoger un área de intervención como el Plan Parcial del Parque Temático de Flora y fauna, y en este lugar proponer un nuevo diseño urbano, y a partir de este diseño se plantea un proyecto puntual dentro del Plan Parcial. El proyecto desarrollado fue un Centro Deportivo, el cual fue trabajado hasta llegar a un nivel de detalle, ya que la finalidad de la línea de profundización así lo planteaba, para que el estudiante pudiera desmembrar un edifico hasta ser capaz de proponer sistemas constructivos y la materialidad de los espacios. / Abstract: This paper is constructed in order to make known the result of work done during the semester IX and X, where the line of deepening TECHNOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION worked, the project consists of choosing an area of intervention as Part of Park Plan Flora and fauna themed, and here propose a new urban design, and from this design a specific project within the Partial Plan arises.
